RESERVATION SCHEDULE SETTINGS
When your customers create bookings they will be able to select their dates and times. To help your customers choose valid dates and times of when your restaurant is open you can create schedules. These schedules are easy to create through its intuitive interface. You can combine schedules for instance when you are open at two distinct times of the day. For example, on a Friday you may be open between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM then from 14:00 PM until 20:00 PM. If this is the case you can create two schedule with these dates and this will create a valid timeslots for your customer to choose from.
Creating A Schedule
When creating a schedule you will be presented with the Add New Schedule button, please click this button to add a new schedule. Once you have clicked this button you are able to select the days of the week and set the timeslot of these days when your restaurant is open.
As you can see above the days which have been chosen are Monday and Tuesday. The timeslot for these two days are 9:00 AM to 22:00 PM. This means that your restaurant is open on a Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 in the morning until 10:00 in the evening. At this moment in time the restaurant is closed the rest of the week. So we need to schedule the other days as this is not the case.
We now need to create another schedule because the restaurant is open on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 10:00 AM and 23:00 PM. Following the previous steps you would create a new schedule for these days. The screenshot below represents this data.
As you can see the days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with the timeslots 10:00 AM until 23:00 PM have been selected.
Multiple Opening Times On The Same Day
If you have two distinct time periods for your restaurant in one day you can combine two schedules for this. For example if on a Saturday you opened at 8:00 AM and closed at 12:30 PM and then reopened your restaurant at 15:00 AM until 23:00 PM then you can manage this through the scheduler. Create two schedules and configure each one for the timeslots required.
As you can see you can create two schedules which have the same day selected. For each day configure the timeslot required.
